Delivery time
We try our best to get the product sent within a week from the day the order was placed. Your products will be sent directly to your home address. Larger shipments have to be collected at your local post-office.
Confirmation
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact us.
Payment options
At present, we accept VISA and PayPal. Norwegian customers may also pay through bank transfer.
Transport
Black Forest Records does not take responsibility for what may happen during transport.
Return policy
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to mail@blackforest.no.
The message shall contain the following information: 1) order number 2) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic needs to be unbroken). You will have to pay the cost for the return.
Black Forest Records guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact mail@blackforest.no within 14 days after reception. |
